GHB


(gamma hydroxybutyric acid): A synthetic drug commonly mixed with alcohol that causes drowsiness and dizziness in lower doses, but unconsciousness, seizures, respiratory depression, or coma in higher doses.

GHB has been used in sexual assaults, as it reduces victim resistance and interferes with memory.

Street names include "Liquid Ecstasy," "Easy Lay," and "Grievous Bodily Harm."
