Emotional Freedom Techniques



Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are basically acupressure protocols for your mind and emotions.

This new method is tremendously effective- both short-term and long-term- in relieving a wide variety of emotional difficulties.

Working on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture, EFT is as simple as gently touching a sequence of points on your head, chest, and hands with your own fingers, while you think about a specific problem, and verbalize some positive phrases that are related to the problem.

EFT is remarkably effective with a wide variety of psychological complaints, but it is especially effective with anxiety and depression. It works both in as a intervention methodology in short-term acute crises, as well as in establishing long-term cures.

It also compliments other therapies beautifully, and can be applied along with cognitive-behavioral and other talk therapies, hypnotherapy, and bio/neurofeedback.  

That's all. No sharp acupuncture needles. No pills. You can even try it on your own if you only suffer from milder forms of anxiety and depression. It's a self-help wonder.
