Minerals are essential for brain function


The two most important minerals are phosphate and magnesium.

Phosphate is used in energy production of ATP, the energy substance of the body that gives the brain the energy required to function.

Magnesium keeps the brain circuitry conduits flowing evenly so that there are no spontaneous, acute discharges or seizures.

Other minerals like Calcium are also needed for nerve conduction, trace minerals of Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Molybdenum, and Manganese are also needed in smaller amounts for proper function
